To rent with OuiGo, you’ll need: A valid driver’s license ,Passport (for MRE and foreign visitors) Residence permit or national ID card . A copy of these documents will be securely archived at your first visit.

You can pay by credit card or cash, either during online booking or when picking up your car. OuiGo ensures a fast, easy, and secure payment process so you can hit the road without delay.

In some cases, a security deposit is needed. This is a bank pre-authorization to cover damages or costs not included in the rental. If no issues occur, the deposit is fully released. If no “security deposit” option appears when booking, it is not required for your selected vehicle.

Only drivers listed on the rental contract are authorized. Additional drivers must: Be registered at the time of rental Be at least 21 years old Hold a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of experience Be present when the contract is signed

If a mechanical problem occurs, contact our 24/7 assistance team immediately. Depending on the situation, we can authorize a repair or provide a replacement vehicle.

Some OuiGo cars have tracking devices, used strictly in accordance with our data protection policy to ensure your safety and security.

All rentals are priced on a per day basis (24-hour period).

In the event of an accident, the deductible is: Category A/B: €2,000 Category C/D/E: €3,000 This amount covers damages not included in the insurance plan.
